As we all know, we eat fruit and vegetable for fulfilling vitamin, mineral, and enzyme, that play an important role for our body needs. With nutrition and fiber on the vegetables and fruit, these make us keep healthy and able to prevent various diseases, such as coronary heart, diabetes mellitus, and digestive problems.
Because I already eating only local foods and consuming the local fruit and vegetable that buy from the local market. So, it does not carbon footprint remains. But, it might still remain pesticide, although I always wash it before boiled :-)
I choose to write my favorite of Indonesia food recipe. An alternative vegan-food recipe is called Gado-Gado Vegan. Here it is!
Gado-Gado Vegan
Ingredients:
Blending all the ingredients so one, until thick.
Edited: "Acid water" would be water with lemon juice or with tamarind juice in it. The water and these ingredients mixed and blended together to make a sauce or paste.
Material of Gado-Gado Vegan:
Ready to eat!
Edited: The mixed vegetables topped with a sauce.
